I just helped a client close on a home in the Bay Area for $70K under list, negotiated $20K in closing cost credits, and it appraised for $320K over the sales price. 

These aren’t just numbers—they’re the result of strategy, timing, experience, and relationships. Behind every win like this is late-night research, calculated risk-taking, and fierce advocacy for the people I serve.

But here’s the truth: I don’t always get it perfect. What I do get right is how I show up when it matters. I learn. I adjust. I reinvest in myself so I can serve my clients better every single day.
